The CEO of CPR Dynamics NT is Kenneth Carpenter. Kenneth has been in the health care profession for over 23 years and is a practicing paramedic for a local fire department. Kenneth is a registered emergency room nurse at a local hospital. He has been in a healthcare instructing role for over 17 years. Kenneth is a Texas Department of State Health Services Paramedic Instructor, a certified American Heart Association Instructor, and FEMA Instructor for their Disaster Medical Specialist course.  Kenneth has been with the EMTF with the state of Texas throughout COVID-19 and has been on the Infectious Disease Response Unit (IDRU), the Mobil Medical Unit (MMU), and performed many different roles for them.  Kenneth coordinated the staffing and implementation of COVID plans thoughout the state.  CPR Dynamics can provide staffing and planning for any need you may have.  Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. CPR Dynamics COO, Kim Adams is a Trauma Certified Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. She is also an active member of the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force (EMTF) as well as the EMTF Infectious Disease Response Unit. She also works as a Nurse Specialist on a Disaster Medical Assistant Team (DMAT) as an intermittent employee of the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) for the Department of Health & Human Services. Kim has deployed all over the country for a variety of disasters that include hurricane response, hospital decompression, wildfires, Covid testing and Covid vaccination distribution. She has worked as the Operations Section Chief on her most recent assignment. Kim has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a variety of certifications in emergency medicine, trauma, and hospital emergency response. She is a Trauma Nursing instructor for the hospital and an Emergency Response instructor for the ER. She is also an award recipient for the HCA North Texas Division. Kim brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.
