SCHEDULE

This two day initial course is for healthcare providers who need the knowledge and skills necessary for the management of critically ill children and infants. The audience for this course is pediatricians, ER/Family physicians, PAs, NPs, paramedics, RTs and other professionals who deal with pediatric emergencies.

This course includes:

  • Recognition and treatment of infants and children at risk for cardiac arrest
  • The systematic approach to pediatric assessment
  • Effective respiratory management
  • Defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion
  • Intraosseous access and fluid bolus administration
  • Effective resuscitation
  • Team dynamics

PALS course manual provided

Every client will be added to an automatic renewal program that will send out an alert email/phone call two months prior to the expiration of their card.
